Common questions about our patient portal
Absolutely! Our patient portal uses 256-bit encryption and is fully HIPAA compliant. Your personal health information is protected with the highest security standards, and only you and authorized healthcare providers can access your records.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the portal login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our office for assistance.
Yes! Our patient portal is fully mobile-responsive and works on any device including smartphones, tablets, and computers. Simply visit the portal link in your mobile browser to access all features on the go.
You can book appointments up to 3 months in advance through the portal. For Ring Dinger® appointments specifically, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks ahead due to high demand. Same-day appointments may be available — check the portal or call our office.
